Meta ads for immigration law firms

Facebook ads that bookmarriage green card consultations.

Directories sell the same inquiry to four firms at once. Meta ads flip that: the person who fills out your form has seen your firm, your face, your story, and nobody else gets that lead.

Every inquiry is yours alone.

Directories sell the same lead to four firms. These come to you only, in the language they arrived in.

  • The form pre-qualifies before you see the lead.
  • Answered in minutes, in English or Spanish, straight onto your calendar.
  • You review and approve every ad before it runs.

How many exclusive leads can we send you this month?

Quick answer

Facebook advertising for immigration law firms is paid Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns that reach families before they search, in English and Spanish, and send pre-qualified leads into the firm's intake system. We build and run these campaigns exclusively for immigration law firms and measure them in booked consultations and retained cases, not clicks.

How the system works

Five steps between an ad impression and a retained case, every one measured.

  1. 1

Targeted ads on Facebook and Instagram

Campaigns built around your practice areas and the communities you serve, in English and Spanish.

  2. 2

    Instant forms that pre-qualify

We ask the questions that separate a real case from a curiosity click, before you ever see the lead.

  3. 3

    Speed-to-lead follow-up

Automated first touch within minutes, then a human conversation. AI never decides who is qualified. A person does.

  4. 4

    Consultations on your calendar

Your intake team gets booked appointments, not a phone list to chase.

  5. 5

    Tracking to retained cases

Offline conversion tracking connects ad spend to signed clients, so you can judge the campaign on retained cases.

We run our own acquisition on this system every day, with our own money. We know what a lead costs, what a qualified lead costs, and how wide that gap gets when targeting is sloppy.

What they type

Leads arrive in their own words, and their own language.

Examples of how people phrase it. Your campaign books the call and answers in minutes, in English or Spanish, straight onto your calendar.

One account, the whole ledger

A real Meta campaign, reported end to end.

Most Facebook ads pages quote a cost per lead and stop there, because cost per lead is the number that always looks good. Here is one New York immigration firm's campaign carried through to booked consultations, including the part that went wrong.

Cost per lead across $1,663.12 in Meta spend, which produced 535 leads in English and Spanish.Source: Rocket Launch Media client account data, July to August 2026.

Hold any agency to it, including us

The three numbers that actually matter.

Most agencies report the first one and hide the other two.

Cost per lead

What Meta reports. Every form fill counts, including people looking for free help, wrong practice areas, and spam. A vanity number on its own.

Cost per qualified lead

Spend divided by leads that are actually your target client with a real case. This is the number we optimize and report weekly. The gap between this and cost per lead tells you how honest the targeting is.

Cost per retained case

What it costs to sign a client, tracked with offline conversions. Compare it to your average case value and the campaign math answers itself.

What is included

Everything from the first ad to the weekly report.

  • Campaign strategy, build, and daily management in Meta Ads Manager
  • Ad creative: video scripts, statics and copy, in English and Spanish
  • Pre-qualifying instant forms wired directly into your CRM
  • Automated follow-up sequences with human handoff
  • Offline conversion tracking: ad, consult, retained case
  • Plain-English weekly reporting on cost per qualified consultation

Fit

Who Facebook ads are for, and who they are not.

A good fit

  • Immigration law firms that want exclusive leads instead of directory leads shared with four firms
  • Firms serving Spanish-speaking or immigrant communities that scroll Facebook and Instagram daily
  • Firms with an intake person who can call a new lead back within minutes
  • Family-based, humanitarian, citizenship and removal-defense practices with repeatable case types

Not a fit

  • Firms that cannot answer leads the same day
  • Firms that want to judge a campaign on clicks or likes instead of consultations and retained cases
  • Firms expecting an agency to guarantee case outcomes, which bar rules prohibit
  • Firms with an ad budget under roughly $1,500 a month

What it costs

One-time systems, not a monthly retainer.

Rocket Launch Media sells three one-time, 90-day implementation systems: the Client Acquisition System at $3,499.99, the Market Dominator System at $4,499.99 (most popular), and the AI Search Authority System at $5,499.99. Each level includes everything below it, and Meta ads are part of every level. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta; most immigration firms start between $1,500 and $3,000 a month.

At day 90 the firm owns every asset: the Meta ad account, creative, landing pages, CRM and data. An optional month-to-month Growth Plan is available afterward, and financing is available through Klarna or Affirm.

If you invest and don't get a qualified lead worth more than what you paid within 30 days, you get all your money back, no questions.

Honest answers

Questions firms ask before they start.

How fast will I see leads?

Usually within the first week of the campaign going live, because Meta's instant forms generate inquiries quickly. Qualified consultations take longer to read reliably: judge lead volume at week one, lead quality at 30 days. Anyone promising a flood of signed cases in week one is selling you the vanity number.

What ad budget do I actually need?

Most solo and small immigration firms start at $1,500 to $3,000 a month in ad spend, separate from management. Below that, the data trickles in too slowly to optimize against. We will tell you plainly if your market can start smaller, or genuinely needs more.

Won't I just get people looking for free help?

Some unqualified inquiries are unavoidable in immigration, which is exactly why the form pre-qualifies before you see the lead and why we report cost per qualified lead. The filter questions are the product.

Why Meta over Google?

Google catches people already searching. Meta reaches people who need help but have not started, referred by family or scrolling in their own language. For immigration, that group is enormous.

Should we run ads in Spanish?

Whenever you serve Spanish-speaking clients. Spanish-language auctions on Meta are less crowded and trust builds faster in the client's language. We write Spanish creative natively and send Spanish leads a Spanish first text, never a machine translation.

Is this compliant with bar advertising rules?

We write ad copy to be verifiable: no outcome guarantees, no best-lawyer claims, no invented statistics. You review and approve every ad before it runs, because it is your license on the line, and we treat it that way.

Do you guarantee results?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Bar advertising rules exist for a reason. What we guarantee is transparent measurement: you will know your cost per qualified consultation every week.

Do I need to be on camera?

It helps more in immigration than in almost any other practice area, because clients are choosing someone to trust with their family's future. We also run static and text-based creative for attorneys who would rather not. We will test both.

Am I locked into a long contract?

No long lock-ins. The campaign has to earn its keep on the numbers above. Ask us this question on the call and get it in writing.
