Rocket Reach Integrations: Docketwise, Clio, Lawmatics, MyCase and Your Calendar
Rocket Reach is the intake CRM we set up for US immigration law firms. This page lists the tools it connects to, how each one connects, what moves, and what does not. Each tile carries a chip: Native (built in), Zapier, Make, Webhook/API or Custom (a build for your firm). Legal software connects through Zapier, Make or an API, mapped during setup. None of it is a native two-way sync.

How does Rocket Reach connect to Docketwise?
Through Zapier. When a lead signs, a Rocket Reach stage change can create or update the contact in Docketwise. Docketwise's Zapier app supports Create Contact and Update Contact, and needs a first name, last name and email.1 It cannot create a case or matter, so your team opens the case in Docketwise. Docketwise also has a REST API, available by request, for custom builds.2

How does Rocket Reach work with Clio Manage and Clio Grow?
For Clio Manage, Zapier and Make can create a contact, a matter, a note, a task, a calendar entry or upload a document.3 For Clio Grow, a Rocket Reach webhook can post a new lead into Grow's Lead Inbox with name, email, phone, message and source. Clio calls that a legacy approach, and Zapier's Clio app targets Clio Manage, not Grow.4,5 We map the fields during setup.
Can Rocket Reach send leads to Lawmatics, or replace it?
Both are possible, but most firms pick one. Lawmatics is itself a legal intake CRM. If you keep it, Zapier can create or update a Lawmatics contact or matter, add an appointment or submit a form entry.6 If you would rather have intake set up and run for you, Rocket Reach can take that job. Compare them in which CRMs connect to Docketwise.
Does it work with MyCase, LollyLaw, eimmigration or INSZoom?
MyCase, yes, through Zapier: create a lead or person, a case, a note, an event or a referral source.7 LollyLaw's site names no integrations, and we found none listed for eimmigration, so the handoff is an export or re-keying.8,9 INSZoom offers paid APIs for clients and cases, so a custom build is possible if your firm buys access.10 See Docketwise and other immigration case management tools.
Which calendars, phone numbers and texting tools does it connect to?
Google Calendar and Outlook or Microsoft 365 calendars connect natively, and Outlook bookings sync both ways. Calls and texts run on numbers set up in Rocket Reach or on Twilio numbers. Business texting is registered for A2P 10DLC. WhatsApp is an add-on, billed separately. Slack can post alerts when a lead books or replies. Google Business Profile chat is not an option, because Google shut it down in July 2024.11

Does it send booked and retained cases back to Google Ads and Meta?
For Meta, yes. Facebook and Instagram lead form leads sync in, and pipeline stage changes go back to Meta through the Conversions API, so the ads learn which leads book and sign. That is how we send retained cases back to Meta. Google Ads lead forms sync in real time. We have not confirmed a built-in way to send signed cases back to Google Ads, so we scope that per account.

Can it send retainers or take consultation payments?
Yes. Retainers go out from templates for online signature, with a certificate showing signer details, IP address and timestamps. Payment can be collected at signing or invoiced later. Stripe, PayPal, Square, Authorize.net and NMI connect for invoices, recurring invoices and payment links. Sent, viewed and signed events can move the lead's stage and start the handoff to your case software.

What happens to the record when a lead becomes a client?
The Rocket Reach record stays, with its source, conversation history and stage set to retained, so your reports show which ad or referral produced the case. A copy of the contact and intake details moves to your case software through the tile above. From then on, the case lives there. Rocket Reach does not track USCIS status or case deadlines.

What does each integration not do?
Every connection has limits, and we would rather you hear them now. None of the legal software connections is a native two-way sync. Changes made in your case software do not flow back to Rocket Reach unless we build that step. Fields map only where both apps allow it, and your software plan can limit what is possible.
Is the Docketwise connection a native integration?
No. It runs through Zapier, or a custom API build. We say so on purpose.
Do Zapier or Make cost extra?
They are separate subscriptions. We confirm any extra software costs in writing before work starts.
Can you build a connection that is not on this page?
If the other tool has an API or a Zapier or Make app, usually yes. We confirm it during setup.
Do Local Services Ads leads go into Rocket Reach automatically?
No. LSA can show a booking button tied to your calendar. Calls come in through a tracking number we route.
Does anything sync back from Clio or Docketwise?
Not by default. We can build a return step where the app allows it.
Can I see the connection before signing?
Yes. Book a demo call with Ed and bring the name of your case software. Related: AI receptionist for immigration law firms, legal intake services, lead generation for immigration law firms and immigration law marketing.
